Tumbling classes at Flips

Tumbling classes are programmed to help the students with a variety of objectives, allowing each student to experience the thrill of tumbling from the beginning through the advanced level. In most cases, the student wants to work on the roundoff, back handspring (flip-flop) series and on multi-skill tumbling passes. Tumbling classes are 45 minutes.

We also offer Flip Warrior, Cheerleading Basics and Conditioning Classes within our Tumbling Program.

Classes by skill-level:

Beginner
Beginning Tumbling (ages 7-9)
Beginning Tumbling 10-up (ages 10+)

Novice
Novice Tumbling (prerequisite: kick over)

Intermediate
Running Tumbling (prerequisite: front and back handspring)

Advanced
Power Tumbling: (prerequisite: round off + flip-flop)
